Talent Lead

Core responsibilities:

• Own Talos Network's talent acquisition process, identifying exceptional candidates for AI policy programmes who will shape European AI governance
• Develop recruitment strategies, vetting processes, and scoring criteria aligned with Talos's goal of reducing risks from advanced AI
• Design and manage streamlined application processes that scale with increasing applicant numbers
• Market fellowship opportunities across platforms and build relationships with job boards and talent partners

This role creates positive change by identifying exceptional candidates who will shape European AI governance and help reduce risks from advanced AI through Talos Network's AI policy programmes.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Talent acquisition and recruitment experience
• Ability to develop recruitment strategies and vetting processes
• Experience designing and managing application processes
• Marketing and relationship-building skills for talent partnerships
