Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Pilot the implementation of the recruitment plan for key and strategic profiles, ensuring job-profile fit and quality candidate experience
- Lead the implementation of DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) strategy in collaboration with the DEI Committee
- Participate in the design and dissemination of HR communication materials (newsletters, visuals, announcements, displays)
- Support the implementation of new HR tools and projects (HRIS, ATS, etc.) and contribute to HR monitoring on best practices and innovations in talent management

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- At least a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources Management, Communication, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
- 2-5 years of cumulative experience as a recruitment specialist, internal communication specialist, or proven experience in diversity, equity and inclusion management within a multicultural company or international organization
- Experience in optimizing recruitment processes and tools (ATS, dashboards)
- Data visualization skills using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Looker Studio, PowerBI, etc.
