Talent Experience and Engagement Supervisor

Core responsibilities:

• Implement HR initiatives related to recruitment, diversity and inclusion, internal communication, and innovation
• Ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience while strengthening HR process efficiency
• Contribute to evolving HR practices toward greater equity, transparency, and impact
• Support the implementation of the recruitment plan for key and strategic profiles

This role contributes to evolving HR practices toward greater equity, transparency, and impact within an organization focused on global health, helping to build a diverse and engaged workforce that can better serve communities in need.

Required skills and experience:

• At least a Bac+3 (bachelor's degree) in Human Resources Management, Communication, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• 2-5 years of cumulative experience as a recruitment specialist, internal communication specialist, or proven experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion management within a multicultural company or international organization
• Experience in optimizing recruitment processes and tools (ATS, dashboards)
• Data visualization skills using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.
