Required skills and experience:
- At least a Bac+3 (bachelor's degree) in Human Resources Management, Communication, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 2-5 years of cumulative experience as a recruitment specialist, internal communication specialist, or proven experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion management within a multicultural company or international organization
- Experience in optimizing recruitment processes and tools (ATS, dashboards)
- Data visualization skills using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.
