Talent Engineer

• Own sourcing and coordination across both technical and commercial roles, building systems to automate repetitive tasks.
• Manage top-of-funnel strategy including sourcing channels, outreach, pipeline health, and reporting.
• Prototype or co-build larger systems such as sourcing agents, market intelligence feeds, or AI-powered candidate personalization workflows.

• 1–4 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting coordination with a bias toward proactive pipeline generation and operational precision.
• Actively uses AI tools and has built automations or systematized parts of sourcing/coordination processes.
• Strong understanding of technical roles to speak credibly with engineers; experienced with LinkedIn and modern platforms like Juicebox, Metaview, Wrangle, Gem.
• Clear, effective written communicator; organized with pipeline management and candidate feedback.
