What you will drive
- Own sourcing and coordination across both technical and commercial roles, building systems to automate repetitive tasks.
- Manage top-of-funnel strategy including sourcing channels, outreach, pipeline health, and reporting.
- Prototype or co-build larger systems such as sourcing agents, market intelligence feeds, or AI-powered candidate personalization workflows.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 1–4 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting coordination with a bias toward proactive pipeline generation and operational precision.
- Actively uses AI tools and has built automations or systematized parts of sourcing/coordination processes.
- Strong understanding of technical roles to speak credibly with engineers; experienced with LinkedIn and modern platforms like Juicebox, Metaview, Wrangle, Gem.
- Clear, effective written communicator; organized with pipeline management and candidate feedback.
