• Own the full hiring strategy for global teams, from defining successful profiles to building the plan for how we find top talent
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their goals, challenge assumptions, and shape a process that leads to the right hire
• Build and maintain proactive, high-quality candidate pipelines that reflect both the talent market and Via's future needs
• Run fast, thoughtful, and innovative recruiting processes that give candidates a great experience and help teams move quickly

This role directly shapes the future of Via by identifying and championing talent who will drive the company's next phase of global growth, supporting the mission to create public transportation systems that provide greater access to jobs, healthcare, and education.

• Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000
• Final salary will be determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, and skills
