Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Execute full cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for passive and non-passive talent.
• Track recruitment metrics using ATS and Excel.
• Coordinate career fair strategy and interview scheduling.

• 4+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years as a Talent Acquisition Partner.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field preferred.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and construction recruiting preferred.

Anticipated base salary range: $85,000 - $106,000 (bonus eligible). Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, 401(k) with 6% match, 4 weeks PTO, 10 paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, and more.
