Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Own full-cycle hiring for assigned roles across Investments, Programs, Technology, and Operations functions in India, Singapore, and SEA/APAC.
• Build and execute direct sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent communities, and market mapping to reduce agency reliance.
• Manage external recruiting vendors and RPO partners across SEA and APAC, negotiating commercials and tracking performance.
• Coach hiring managers on interview structure and bias-aware decision-making, and report on hiring metrics to drive improvements.

This role directly enables IIX's mission by bringing the right people into the organization faster and more cost-effectively, ensuring that impact investing, gender-lens investing, and climate finance initiatives are staffed with talented individuals who can mobilize private capital for social and environmental good.

• 10+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience, majority in global or regional roles hiring across multiple markets.
• Demonstrable track record of vendor and RPO management for hiring across South East Asia and wider APAC region.
• Strong direct sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, market mapping); comfortable closing Director-level candidates.
• Based in Mumbai or Singapore; able to work hours overlapping with Singapore and SEA region.
