Talent Acquisition Specialist

Core responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for consultant hires in India, from requisition through to interview and offer
• Support and guide hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and manage a user-focused hiring experience
• Partner with country and global leaders on workforce planning and strategic hiring direction using data and insights
• Ensure all recruitment is managed on the applicant tracking system (Workday) for accurate real-time reporting

This role creates positive change by helping ERM secure the best talent to address complex environmental, social, and governance challenges, driving sustainable impact for clients and the planet through effective talent acquisition.

Required skills and experience:

• Experienced recruiter with a balance of search and internal hiring within a matrix organization
• Experience and knowledge of the sustainability market
• Excellent interpersonal, engagement, and stakeholder management skills
• Creative approach to building brand and developing robust hiring strategies
• Solution-driven mindset with strong organizational skills and adaptability
• Affinity for data and research-based approach to sourcing talent
• Proficiency in presenting data and insights to senior leadership
