Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for consultant hires in India, from requisition through to interview and offer
- Support and guide hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and manage a user-focused hiring experience
- Partner with country and global leaders on workforce planning and strategic hiring direction using data and insights
- Ensure all recruitment is managed on the applicant tracking system (Workday) for accurate real-time reporting
