Talent Acquisition Partner

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for:

• Handling all aspects of talent sourcing and recruiting for assigned requisitions
• Building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers, HR, community organizations, and other recruiting sources
• Developing new, creative recruiting ideas using traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies
• Ensuring the Company hires the best possible talent for all positions

This role helps Republic Services hire the best talent to advance their mission of creating a more sustainable world through environmental services, recycling, waste management, and sustainability innovation.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, sourcing or human resource experience
• At least 1 year of experience working with applicant tracking systems
• Experience supporting client groups in a Fortune 500 corporate environment
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
• Strong PC skills with business and communication software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
