About This Role
As the Talent Acquisition Partner for EMEA, you will own full-cycle hiring across engineering, commercial, and G&A functions in Germany, the UK, and other European markets. 💡 A Day in the Life
Start your day reviewing applicant pipelines and prioritizing roles based on urgency. You'll likely have a structured intake meeting with a hiring manager for a new senior engineering role, followed by sourcing sessions using LinkedIn and Boolean searches. Afternoon might include screening calls with candidates in the UK and Germany, then debriefing with a hiring manager on a shortlist. You'll end the day updating your ATS and planning sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
