Talent Acquisition Partner 6 month FTC

Core responsibilities:

• Finding, attracting and hiring great candidates through multi-channel sourcing across various platforms
• Building deep relationships with stakeholders to understand team needs and screening candidates for skills and motivations match
• Advising hiring managers on inclusive interview processes and best practices
• Actively participating in Talent Acquisition strategy projects including employer branding, process improvements, and tool research

Required qualifications:

• Background as an in-house Talent Partner in a high growth tech start up or scale up, ideally hiring Software Engineers and Data Analysts
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment from briefing roles through to delivering offers and contracts
• Experience using data to drive decision-making
• Experience in DE&I best practices in hiring processes
• Ability to build relationships, influence and challenge stakeholders
