Mission
What you will drive
- Play a key role in Climeworks' success by identifying future Climeworkers, making a lasting impact on growth and mission
- Drive the hiring journey and create an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers as the first face of Climeworks
- Own the full recruiting cycle from active sourcing to assessing candidates up to preparing and making offers
- Lead a recruitment intern who will support in advertising, scheduling and daily operative tasks

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or similar
- Have at least two years of in-house recruitment experience managing the full process; additional agency experience in engineering/science is a plus
- Bring strong knowledge of active sourcing and understand modern recruitment practices
- Are fluent in English and have good German skills
