Talent Acquisition Manager

• Play a key role in Climeworks' success by identifying future Climeworkers, making a lasting impact on growth and mission
• Drive the hiring journey and create an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers as the first face of Climeworks
• Own the full recruiting cycle from active sourcing to assessing candidates up to preparing and making offers
• Lead a recruitment intern who will support in advertising, scheduling and daily operative tasks

This role helps Climeworks build a global purpose-driven team to advance reliable carbon removal solutions, accelerating the global transition to net zero and unlocking economic value for businesses, governments, and society.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or similar
• Have at least two years of in-house recruitment experience managing the full process; additional agency experience in engineering/science is a plus
• Bring strong knowledge of active sourcing and understand modern recruitment practices
• Are fluent in English and have good German skills
