Mission
What you will drive
The Talent Acquisition & Compensation Lead will be responsible for:
- Building a healthy pipeline of candidates, managing initial screening and candidate interactions, and ensuring smooth candidate experiences
- Maintaining and improving recruiting systems to track and measure success, targeting 5 weeks for time-to-hire
- Supporting compensation research and bi-annual compensation reviews for the People Ops function
- Maintaining a longer-term hiring plan and keeping stakeholders updated on the process

Required skills and qualifications:
- Structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving with ability to break ambiguous challenges into testable hypotheses
- Compensation analytics & architecture skills including market pricing, leveling frameworks, salary banding, and pay equity analysis
- Full-funnel talent acquisition craft with experience building scalable sourcing strategies for technical/niche roles
- Stakeholder influence & change management skills to partner effectively with hiring managers
- Systems fluency & operational rigor with ATS/HRIS systems (Lever & Lattice knowledge a plus)
