We bring together a diverse and inclusive community of experts across regions and disciplines, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and meaningful global exposure. As a people-first organisation, ERM values well-being, career development, and the power of collective expertise to drive sustainable impact for our clients — and the planet.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating interviews using our CRM platform, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a positive and efficient scheduling experience.
  • Managing pre‑employment and reference checks, ensuring all activity is completed in line with hiring procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting Talent Acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives across ERM Global Services.
  • Completing audit and compliance checks to ensure data accuracy and adherence to agreed TA processes.
  • Supporting reporting activities, including data collation and quality checks.
  • Building strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes to support TA enablement and continuous improvement.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and keen to build a career in Talent Acquisition within a purpose‑driven organisation.

You will bring:

  • A recent graduate qualification (Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, though all degrees will be considered).
  • Some experience in a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar HR support role (desirable).
  • Exposure to HR systems is advantageous, particularly Workday and Gem.
  • A passion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to meaningful, purpose‑led work.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging with stakeholders and candidates.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse, multicultural team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an interest in developing skills in HR technologies (ATS experience is a plus but not essential).
  • Fluency in English.

Candidates may be invited to complete an online assessment as part of our recruitment process. All personal information will be handled confidentially and in compliance with data protection laws.
