TAHub01_Call for Writers on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights Documentation and Best Practices

Core responsibilities:

• Develop knowledge products on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) including policy briefs, toolkits, case studies, and fact sheets
• Gather data through desktop reviews, interviews, consultations, and field visits in designated countries
• Write compelling, evidence-based content in accessible language for diverse audiences
• Participate in planning calls and workshops to ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables

This role contributes to improving sexual and reproductive health and rights across Eastern and Southern Africa by developing evidence-based knowledge products that amplify effective models and approaches in the region.

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree with 7 years of experience
• Must be fluent in English (French and Portuguese desired)
• Experience in technical writing and documentation related to SRHR
• Ability to develop questionnaires, analyze data, and produce various knowledge products

This is a temporary consultancy position with UNFPA. The assignment duration is 25 working days from contract signature to December 31, 2026. Selected candidates will have preferential access to future consulting opportunities through the Technical Assistance Hub.
