TAHub01_Call for Writers on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights Documentation and Best Practices

Core responsibilities:

• Participate in writers workshops to agree on knowledge products to be produced
• Develop inception reports outlining project scope, methodologies, timelines and deliverables
• Gather data through desktop reviews, questionnaires, site visits and interviews with stakeholders
• Write knowledge products (policy briefs, toolkits, case studies, human interest stories) in accessible language

This role creates positive change by developing knowledge products that amplify effective SRHR models and approaches across Eastern and Southern Africa, ultimately improving sexual and reproductive health and rights for all people in the region.

Required qualifications:

• Master's Degree with 7 years of experience
• Must be fluent in English (French and Portuguese desired)
• Experience in technical writing on sexual and reproductive health and rights topics
• Ability to develop research plans and project management documentation

This is a temporary consultancy position with a contract duration of 1 month (25 working days). Selected candidates will have preferential access to consulting opportunities with UN agencies working on SRHR in the region.
