Systems Engineer

• Carry out systems engineering activities in accordance with tailored system engineering standards and practices.
• Develop, manage and allocate systems requirements & interfaces.
• Manage and execute gated design and operational reviews including PDR and CDR.
• Drive and coordinate technical decision making and conduct risk assessments.

This role directly contributes to deploying fusion power plants to combat climate change, enabling limitless, clean energy to meet global decarbonization goals.

• Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering or other technical field.
• 5+ years of Systems Engineering experience on large, complex integrated systems (fusion, aerospace, or space and defense preferred).
• Proficiency in at least two SE activities: Requirements Development, Architectural Design, Interface Management, V&V, System Analysis, Risk Management, Configuration Management.
• Experience with systems engineering tools (Jira, Confluence, Flow, Teamcenter).
