Systems Analyst, HRIS

• Maintain and configure HR systems in alignment with business requirements.
• Partner with HR teams to gather and refine business requirements and facilitate requirement sessions.
• Lead HRIS-related projects, including system conversions and new technology rollouts.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform quality assurance post-configuration.

This role supports EVgo's mission to expedite the mass adoption of electric vehicles by ensuring efficient HR systems that enable the organization to scale and deliver on its vision of creating a convenient, reliable, and affordable EV charging network.

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience as a Rippling Administrator with proven track record leading or contributing to at least one HRIS conversion project using Rippling.
• Deep understanding of HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll within Rippling.
• Experience writing clear business and technical requirements and ability to translate business needs into product deliverables.

For job positions in CA, CO, and NYC, the estimated salary range for a new hire in this position is $90,000.00 USD to $108,000.00 USD. In addition to a competitive base salary, discretionary target cash bonus, and restricted stock units (subject to Board Approval).
