Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and execute software and firmware deployments for solar tracking systems, ensuring quality, validation, and seamless integration across customer sites.
- Perform in-depth diagnostics, leveraging monitoring data and system logs to identify failure patterns, isolate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide real-time oversight of system health using SCADA and monitoring platforms, escalating anomalies and coordinating with field resources to minimize downtime.
- Proactively identify performance degradation, configuration risks, and failure trends across the global fleet.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
- 1–2 years of experience in renewable energy systems, industrial automation, or other technical operations environments.
- Experience with SCADA systems, industrial monitoring tools, or remote operations platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent, with the ability to create KPI dashboards and drive data-informed decisions.
