System Development Lead

• Lead system development of automotive electrification products such as inverters, e-Drive systems, onboard chargers, and electronic controllers across the full V-development lifecycle.
• Plan and manage system development by tailoring processes to project needs, define system release plans, and coordinate cross-functional global teams.
• Drive issue resolution using structured problem-solving techniques and support customer-facing technical discussions.

This role directly contributes to the development of cutting-edge automotive electrification technologies, accelerating the transition to sustainable mobility and reducing carbon emissions.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive system design and development.
• Strong understanding of Systems Engineering principles and V-Model development methodology.
• Experience in ASPICE-based process-driven environments and familiarity with ISO 26262, ISO 21434, ASPICE.
• Proven technical leadership in new product development and product launches.
