Sustainable PMO

• Lead and coordinate Sustainability Finance activities within the Controlling Capability Center (CCC) setup, ensuring high-quality, compliant integration of ESG metrics into financial reporting and decision-making.
• Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP-based solutions for sustainability data integration, including CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and carbon footprinting.
• Act as PMO/project lead for cross-functional Sustainability Finance initiatives, managing global stakeholders and ensuring governance, prioritization, and progress tracking.

This role enables data-driven transparency for sustainability-related regulatory compliance and strategic initiatives, helping Hitachi Energy integrate ESG metrics into core financial processes to drive positive environmental and social outcomes.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in SAP, Finance & Controlling, project management, or sustainability-related finance transformation.
• Strong practical experience with SAP FICO, SD, and PP modules; understanding of SAP architecture and integration with financial systems.
• Solid project management capabilities with experience managing multiple global initiatives; strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
