Mission
What you will drive
- Conduct large-scale outreach to food-industry companies across Europe via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and in-person meetings to engage them on reducing animal-based ingredients.
- Build relationships with sustainability leads, procurement teams, and senior executives; educate companies on environmental and business benefits of plant-forward shifts.
- Compile country-specific scorecards benchmarking hospitality companies and secure concrete public plant-forward commitments.
- Represent the organization at relevant industry events and conferences.

- Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe; fluent English required; German language skills a bonus.
