What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Analyze bank ESG policies, identify gaps and weaknesses, and develop persuasive recommendations aligned with international climate and biodiversity goals
  • Create and draft compelling, high-quality written campaign materials including comment letters, policy briefings, advocacy reports, and other advocacy materials
  • Organize coalition meetings, facilitate conversations, and foster collaborative environments that encourage engagement and shared ownership
  • Build trust and maintain strong relationships with local communities, allied organizations, corporate actors, government representatives, and other stakeholders

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Environmental Studies, Economics or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in policy and advocacy writing, research and analysis of policies
  • Ability to write clearly and effectively across formats such as reports, blogs, fact sheets
  • Strong verbal communication experience, including public speaking or advocacy with decisionmakers
  • Experience building trust and working with cross-cultural coalitions beyond the traditional environmental community
