What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Assisting with the organization of virtual events and training sessions, including preparing agendas, co-drafting background materials, and providing technical support during events
- Supporting research for the preparation of papers and reports through data collection from multiple resources and assisting in data analysis
- Researching and organizing information while assisting with analyzing trends related to sustainable development
- Assisting in the organization of upcoming conferences and UN events related to the Sustainable Development Goals

This role contributes to promoting and coordinating implementation of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, helping advance global sustainable development efforts through research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in or have completed a graduate school program (Master's degree or higher) OR be enrolled in or have completed the final academic year of a first university degree program (minimum Bachelor's level)
- Computer literate in standard software applications
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required
- No working experience is required to apply for the United Nations Internship Programme
