Sustainable Aquaculture Policy Program Manager

• Conduct large-scale outreach to aquaculture producers via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and in-person meetings to promote novel technology and service solutions that improve animal welfare and sustainability.
• Build relationships with aquaculture production managers and owners, connecting them with technology providers and large food company procurement managers.
• Secure implemented improvements in production practices on farms and represent Lever Foundation at industry events and in trade media.

This role directly improves animal welfare and reduces carbon emissions in aquaculture by helping producers adopt more humane and sustainable production practices, creating positive change in the food system.

• Strong outreach and engagement skills with sales, business development, or policy advocacy experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a 'people person' who enjoys building relationships.
• Success-driven, highly independent, resilient, and willing to travel occasionally.
• Fluent in English; personal interest in sustainability, climate, or food systems.
