Mission
What you will drive
- Develop sustainability project goals, objectives, initiatives, or strategies in collaboration with other sustainability professionals.
- Monitor or track sustainability indicators such as energy usage, natural resource usage, waste generation, and recycling.
- Support the Materials Team by reviewing drawings, CAD and Revit files for quantity estimations and material selections, and create architectural specs to reach target sustainability thresholds.
- Develop iterative embodied carbon simulations, analyze energy modeling reports, and perform Life Cycle Assessments for industrial and commercial projects.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Sustainable Building Studies, Building Science, Sustainability Studies, or a related field.
- Two years of experience in sustainable design and consulting including performing Life Cycle Assessments using Athena, EC3 and Cove Tool; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Suite, and Revit.
- Experience with carbon emissions reduction, reviewing construction documents, creating LEED compliant WBLCA reports, and Carbon Accounting reports compliant with GHG Protocol, EN and ISO standards.
- WELL Performance Testing Agent certification required.
