What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of two procurement programs for high-quality carbon dioxide removal (CDR) and super pollutant mitigation (SPM) projects.
- Build and maintain an active supplier pipeline aligned with Climate Vault Solutions' technical criteria, integrity standards, and commercial requirements.
- Lead detailed supplier application reviews and due diligence, and draft applicant assessment reports.
- Spearhead supplier contract negotiations in collaboration with executive leadership team and external legal counsel.

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- 5+ years' working experience in project management, consulting, or similar client-facing roles.
- 2+ years' working experience in carbon markets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder project workflows simultaneously and meet multiple deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills; able to adapt communication style for diverse audiences and distill complex information into easy-to-understand language.
Benefits

Compensation: Contract role with $45–$60/hour, equivalent to $90,000–$120,000 annualized. Eligible to convert to full-time salaried position after 6-month contract. Remote work position with hands-on leadership experience at a distinguished organization.
