Supply Chain Analyst

• Assist in sourcing and vendor support by managing RFPs, vendor discussions, and negotiations to secure competitive pricing and maintain service quality.
• Facilitate contract management and database maintenance for Field Service Partners, ensuring efficient execution and cross-functional accessibility.
• Develop accurate cost estimates and financial models for residential and commercial projects, applying intermediate math for margin calculations.
• Utilize advanced data management in Google Sheets and Excel, and experiment with AI tools for data mining and process automation to drive cost reduction initiatives.

This role directly supports the scaling of Omnidian's national service network for distributed solar and energy storage, contributing to a more sustainable future by ensuring efficient procurement and material readiness for renewable energy projects.

• Proficiency with G Suite (Drive, Sheets, Gmail) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT) for data purposes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• 1-3 years of experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
