Supply Associate

As a Supply Associate at Supercritical, you will:

• Gain deep expertise in durable carbon removal pathways to inform commercial sourcing decisions
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality carbon removal projects, coordinating with the Climate team to vet, onboard, and prepare projects for enterprise deals
• Support customer deals from initial supply screening to contract execution, ensuring smooth delivery and operational excellence
• Develop partner proposals, negotiate favorable terms, and structure agreements that create mutual value

This role helps scale high-quality carbon removal by connecting world-class projects with leading corporate buyers, directly contributing to limiting global warming by expanding access to durable carbon removal solutions that store carbon for hundreds to thousands of years.

The ideal candidate for this role:

• Has 2+ years of relevant professional experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Has a fledgling understanding of carbon removal (deeper knowledge or existing relationships are a plus)
• Excels at discovery calls and structuring mutually beneficial value exchanges
• Communicates value with confidence, enjoys challenging conversations, and negotiates agreements that deliver strong outcomes
• Builds trusted, long-term partnerships with an account-management mindset
• Is data-driven and operationally strong, using spreadsheets, pricing models, and process improvements

• Basic salary: £40k-50k per annum (dependent on experience)
