Supervisor Agile Delivery

• Champion Agile principles and best practices across IT teams, driving consistent adoption and maturity.
• Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to Scrum teams to continuously improve team velocity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment using Agile dashboards for real-time visibility.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration through Agile community of practice and track team/organizational progress.

• 2-4 years of experience in an Agile environment using SCRUM, Kanban, or Scrumban
• 1 year of supervisory-level experience and 1 year leading employees in a multi-team agile environment
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification
• Demonstrated knowledge of the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and ability to handle multiple demands and priorities
