Hear From Fellows
*I can more confidently say that I AM a leader. I had been called one in the past, but I was never comfortable with that title. It felt too grand, like something I didn't deserve. The Leadership Academy gave me the space to reshape my mindset, and I started tackling a lifelong imposter syndrome. Leading is hard work, but I've had the potential all along, now I know I'm equipped with the skills too.
