Summer Associate Program -2026

Core responsibilities:

• Support the design and execution of Results-Based Finance (RBF) instruments, guiding stakeholders through complex operational changes by translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
• Apply quantitative and research skills to generate evidence on the effectiveness of RBF, contributing to knowledge-sharing with policymakers and decision-makers
• Support the development of research, analysis, presentations and client engagements on diverse topics, and aid in creating proposals and client deliverables
• Manage project budgets and contracts with clients and subcontractors, and plan, delegate and oversee tasks to achieve effective results within the team

This role creates positive change by helping ensure public and philanthropic resources are used more effectively to deliver measurable impact, transforming government delivery performance to achieve outcomes for vulnerable communities where underperformance persists.

Required qualifications:

• Full-time graduate student pursuing a master's degree in economics, public policy, public administration, political science, business, or related fields with expected graduation in 2026-2027, plus a bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, social sciences, business, engineering, or related areas
• At least 3 years' relevant work experience in international development, strategy/management consulting and/or in the public sector
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English, with desirable working proficiency in Spanish, French, or Arabic
• Ability to synthesize technical information, present information insightfully, exceptional problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, high organizational skills, and passion for social work

This is an unpaid three-month Summer Associate Program that serves as a pathway to full-time employment as an Associate. The program provides professional exposure in a real-world public policy and development environment, with opportunities for skill development, mentorship, and structured feedback. Successful completion may lead to consideration for full-time positions after graduation.
