What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Support the design and execution of Results-Based Finance (RBF) instruments, guiding stakeholders through complex operational changes by translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
  • Apply quantitative and research skills to generate evidence on the effectiveness of RBF, contributing to knowledge-sharing with policymakers and decision-makers
  • Support the development of research, analysis, presentations and client engagements on diverse topics, and aid in creating proposals and client deliverables
  • Manage project budgets and contracts with clients and subcontractors, and plan, delegate and oversee tasks to achieve effective results within the team

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Full-time graduate student pursuing a master's degree in economics, public policy, public administration, political science, business, or related fields with expected graduation in 2026-2027, plus a bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, social sciences, business, engineering, or related areas
  • At least 3 years' relevant work experience in international development, strategy/management consulting and/or in the public sector
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English, with desirable working proficiency in Spanish, French, or Arabic
  • Ability to synthesize technical information, present information insightfully, exceptional problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, high organizational skills, and passion for social work
