Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support design and logistics of various in-person and hybrid activities, including networking, giving-back and fundraising, wellness, and recreational activities
- Identify and coordinate with vendors, including caterers, DJ for karaoke, massage therapists or other wellness vendors, the venue, etc.
- Draft communications, such as information about wellness programs, accessibility details, in-app notifications, and more
- Collect presentation materials from speakers, answer event attendees' questions, track inventory and expenses, and schedule volunteers

Required qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program (must have been an undergraduate student during spring 2026 and will be an undergraduate student in fall 2026)
- Working knowledge of online research and MS Office programs
- Strong attention to detail and great interpersonal skills

Benefits
What's in it for you
Compensation: Interns receive an hourly rate of $19.18 for undergraduate students. This is considered taxable income.
Schedule flexibility: Interns can work 22.5-37.5 hours per week, with schedule adjustments possible for academic commitments.
Work location options: Remote work from anywhere in the U.S. or hybrid schedule from the San Francisco office.
