Core responsibilities:

• Gain skills across communication development, data-driven business decisions, change management, process improvement, and technical proficiency
• Create internal and external resources, visuals, and communications
• Assist with data collection and analytics for a variety of projects
• Audit internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement

This role helps develop interactions with customers and employees while supporting various operational tasks, contributing to improved business processes and communication effectiveness.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Communications, Management, Business Analytics, or a related field of study
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated with a strong focus on action, results, and continuous improvement
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office and G Suite
