Mission

What you will drive

  • Directly manage, coach, and develop a sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver the Lucid brand experience.
  • Drive business health by coaching the team to meet sales, test drives, delivery, and productivity goals, and analyze data to determine optimal strategies.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience by empowering employees to handle concerns and acting as a Senior Sales Advisor for high-potential customers.
  • Oversee studio operations including merchandising, scheduling, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of store management experience in retail, luxury, or hospitality.
  • Automotive sales management experience preferred.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and retail business systems.
