Studio Associate

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer interactions as the first point of engagement for guests
• Conduct test drives and articulate points of interest to ensure an exceptional experience with Lucid vehicles
• Manage and build a robust customer pipeline through disciplined practices using Salesforce CRM
• Support local marketing initiatives and events to build brand awareness and improve studio operations

This role contributes to creating a better, more sustainable future by promoting luxury electric vehicles that elevate the human experience and transcend perceived limitations of space, performance, and intelligence.

• Exceptional people skills including strong oral and written communication, empathy, and active listening ability
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Curiosity and passion about electric vehicles and the premium vehicle market and competitive landscape
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce mentioned as a plus)

Base Pay Range: $27—$37 USD hourly. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, 401k, potential participation in Lucid's equity program, and discretionary annual incentive program.
