Strategy & Operations Associate, Global Operations

Core responsibilities:

• Drive targets: Own the achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual operations and financial targets by developing and implementing innovative strategies
• Operational excellence: Manage essential aspects of daily operations to ensure successful service launches and smooth ongoing operations
• Data analysis: Perform detailed analyses to support data-driven decision-making
• Process development: Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows and build scalable processes from the ground up

Required skills and qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience
• Bachelor's Degree with a record of exceptional academic achievement
• Effective communicator who can distill complex analyses for various audiences
• Technically proficient with analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, and Python

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000 per year
• Final salary determined by experience, knowledge, and skills
