Strategy Implementation Officer, Malaria R&D (2 year LTE) is responsible for implementing strategies to support the development of malaria R&D. The role involves working closely with the team to identify and prioritize projects, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role is a 2-year LTE position, and the candidate will be expected to work closely with the team to achieve project goals. The role is based in Geneva, Switzerland, and the candidate will be required to travel occasionally. The salary for this position is CHF 80,000 - 100,000 per annum, and the benefits package includes health insurance, pension plan, and 25 days of annual leave.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, business administration, public health) - 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Ability to travel occasionally - Fluency in English (written and spoken) - Knowledge of French or Spanish is an asset
