Strategy Implementation lead

• Architect, deploy, and continuously improve the business development function worldwide for the Power Consulting Product Manager and Business Development organization
• Establish and operationalize a unified global strategy ensuring business models, partnerships, portfolio approaches, and segment strategies are robust, scalable, and locally adaptable
• Drive action tracking and coordinate key stakeholders across regions and functions to deliver on the organization's growth ambitions
• Oversee price responsibility, including market analysis on market prices in different regions for the portfolio to ensure consistency and strategic pricing

This role empowers global customers to improve network performance, mitigate risks, optimize investment decisions, and drive financial savings in a sustainable way through strategic business development and implementation.

• A degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or other relevant subjects
• Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Operations roles with similar responsibilities within the Electrical and Power Industry
• Experience in meeting customers at all management and operative levels, building confidence to present company portfolio while working on solutions
• Experience working in a multicultural environment across different regions, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
