Strategy Consultant

Core responsibilities:

• Managing client engagements in partnership with Spectrum's Principal, Practice Director, and other consultants to facilitate organizational change, inform strategic decision-making, and develop effective strategies to strengthen nonprofit organizations
• Contributing to the advancement of the practice by staying informed about trends and developments in the nonprofit sector, as well as through research and writing in sector-specific periodicals
• Participating in the firm's ongoing business development and marketing process

This role creates positive change by helping nonprofit organizations strengthen their operations, increase their impact, and achieve greater financial viability and sustainability, ultimately building stronger, healthier, and more equitable communities.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Personal commitment and drive: Belief in the power of the nonprofit sector to bring change and strengthen communities
• Excellent communication and relationship skills: Strong writing and speaking skills to present to multiple audiences
• Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and oversee both short-term and long-term deliverables
• Nonprofit experience is preferred
