About the Role

The Patrick J. McGovern Foundation is seeking a Strategy Analyst to join our team. The Strategy Analyst will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of the Foundation's strategic plans and initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the advancement of the Foundation's mission.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the Foundation's strategic plans and initiatives
• Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and improvement
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
• Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, public policy, data science)
• 2+ years of experience in a strategy or analytics role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, D3.js)
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello)
