Strategist, Natural Capital

• Advise and consult with clients on carbon management and nature-based sustainability strategies, considering their unique business objectives, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and technical documents that effectively communicate complex scientific concepts and findings to clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to revenue and lead generation through scope of work development and other business development efforts.
• Lead and contribute to multidisciplinary teams in the development of sustainability plans, including carbon reduction and removal targets, supply chain decarbonization, and other relevant initiatives.

This role directly enables organizations to reduce, remove, and utilize their emissions, accelerating the transition to net zero and mitigating climate change through expert guidance on natural capital and sustainability strategies.

• Professional experience in sustainability consulting, management consulting, carbon removal, climate change mitigation, or a related field, preferably working with high-profile clients.
• A degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as environmental science, agronomy, forestry, land use economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant experience developing executive-level presentations and briefing memos with clear narratives.
• Strong understanding of food, agriculture, forestry, or reforestation, and familiarity with sustainability frameworks and environmental regulations.

Salary: $110,000-$163,000.
