Strategic Transformation Lead

• Design and create comprehensive transformation strategies that shape the vision for future growth and competitive advantage
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, and develop actionable plans to achieve goals
• Oversee the implementation of new systems, technologies, and processes, managing projects from start to finish
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to foster alignment, transparency, and momentum

This role drives transformational change and delivers measurable outcomes by accelerating growth, innovation, and operational excellence across the organization.

• Master's Degree or MBA strongly preferred
• 8-10 years of progressive project management experience, including 3+ years leading strategic transformation programs in complex, global organizations
• Strong strategic, financial, and operational acumen with M&A experience preferred
• Exceptional communication and executive presence; able to influence, inspire, and mobilize diverse teams
