Mission
What you will drive
- Design frameworks and visual tools to synthesise complex data streams from projects and portfolios, identifying systemic patterns and leverage points.
- Develop systems narratives for portfolios, linking projects to Climate-KIC's broader mission and systemic impact goals.
- Design and facilitate workshops, working sessions, and collaborative processes to support cross-functional alignment and action.
- Translate insights into prototypes, pilots, and experiments to respond to evolving system needs.
