Strategic Portfolio Designer- Maternity cover

• Design frameworks and visual tools to synthesise complex data streams from projects and portfolios, identifying systemic patterns and leverage points.
• Develop systems narratives for portfolios, linking projects to Climate-KIC's broader mission and systemic impact goals.
• Design and facilitate workshops, working sessions, and collaborative processes to support cross-functional alignment and action.
• Translate insights into prototypes, pilots, and experiments to respond to evolving system needs.

This role strengthens systems thinking and strategic alignment across Climate-KIC's portfolio, enabling more coherent and impactful climate innovation initiatives that drive systemic change.

• Demonstrated capability in systems thinking, pattern finding, and complexity analysis in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven ability to design strategies, structures, and processes that align initiatives with wider systems goals.
• Ability to turn complex information into clear, compelling visual artefacts and frameworks.
• Experience designing and facilitating workshops, collaboration sessions, and sensemaking processes.
