Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop a 3-month Philanthropic Engagement Plan with priority donor types, strategic funding themes, and engagement pathways
  • Identify and qualify 20-30 new philanthropic prospects aligned with RFUS's mission, preparing donor profiles with interests, capacity, and engagement strategies
  • Support initial engagement with priority donors through private briefings, curated conversations, and strategic introductions
  • Support RFUS leadership in converting donor interest into multi-year commitments, donor-advised fund contributions, and other philanthropic contributions

  • High discretion and strategic communication skills

This consultancy has a total budget range of USD 24,000 to USD 36,000 for a 3-month contract. The position is remote with flexible hours (2-3 days per week expected). Travel or additional expenses are not included but may be preapproved on a case-by-case basis. The engagement may be extended if strong progress is made.
