Strategic Partnerships Manager

• Find Opportunities: Actively target and engage new enterprise-level accounts through strategic, thoughtful outreach and attending industry events to generate a qualified enterprise pipeline
• Manage & Close Deals: Follow established commercial processes from discovery to close, nurturing complex high-value opportunities through long sales cycles
• Commercial Strategy: Continually refine how Climate Vault Solutions engages enterprise customers, from messaging and positioning to deal structure and stakeholder engagement in alignment with corporate sustainability frameworks
• Forecasting & Metrics: Maintain accurate, up-to-date activity records in CRM throughout the commercial process, and accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting for senior leadership

This role helps organizations achieve their climate and net-zero commitments by building enterprise relationships and closing complex, high-value engagements, contributing to the reduction of climate damages through high-integrity climate action.

• 5+ years of quota-carrying business development experience in an enterprise environment
• Proven track record of closing high-value and complex deals with lengthy sales cycles
• 5+ years of experience in the corporate sustainability, carbon markets, or climate change fields with a solid understanding of industry players, standards, and emission abatement pathways
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs to manage commercial pipelines
