About

The Strategic Partnerships Manager will play a key role in building and managing relationships with foundations, philanthropic networks, and capacity-building organizations to fund or license nonprofit financial training programs. This position will be responsible for developing and executing a targeted lead-generation and outreach strategy aligned with priority markets.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with foundations, philanthropic networks, and capacity-building organizations to fund or license nonprofit financial training programs
  • Develop and execute a targeted lead-generation and outreach strategy aligned with priority markets
  • Lead partnership conversations with foundation and institutional stakeholders, including discovery, alignment, and next-step planning
  • Track and report on KPIs related to pipeline volume, conversion rates, deal progression, and closed partnerships

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the nonprofit sector and its funding landscape
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and execute a strategic lead-generation and outreach plan
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with foundations, philanthropic networks, and capacity-building organizations
  • Ability to track and report on KPIs related to pipeline volume, conversion rates, deal progression, and closed partnerships

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a similar role or in a related field
  • Knowledge of nonprofit financial training programs and their impact
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools

  • Skilled at translating impact, outcomes, and long-term value into funding or purchasing decisions for foundations or institutions
  • Experience building and closing partnerships with foundations, nonprofit networks, associations, or large organizations
  • Entrepreneurial and self-directed, excited about building early-stage systems, processes, and relationships from the ground up
