About
The Strategic Partnerships Manager will play a key role in building and managing relationships with foundations, philanthropic networks, and capacity-building organizations to fund or license nonprofit financial training programs. This position will be responsible for developing and executing a targeted lead-generation and outreach strategy aligned with priority markets.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with foundations, philanthropic networks, and capacity-building organizations to fund or license nonprofit financial training programs
- Develop and execute a targeted lead-generation and outreach strategy aligned with priority markets
- Lead partnership conversations with foundation and institutional stakeholders, including discovery, alignment, and next-step planning
- Track and report on KPIs related to pipeline volume, conversion rates, deal progression, and closed partnerships
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the nonprofit sector and its funding landscape
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to develop and execute a strategic lead-generation and outreach plan
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with foundations, philanthropic networks, and capacity-building organizations
- Ability to track and report on KPIs related to pipeline volume, conversion rates, deal progression, and closed partnerships
Nice to Have
- Experience in a similar role or in a related field
- Knowledge of nonprofit financial training programs and their impact
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools

- Skilled at translating impact, outcomes, and long-term value into funding or purchasing decisions for foundations or institutions
- Experience building and closing partnerships with foundations, nonprofit networks, associations, or large organizations
- Entrepreneurial and self-directed, excited about building early-stage systems, processes, and relationships from the ground up
