Strategic Initiatives Lead

Core responsibilities for this role include:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve the Program's objectives
• Support on strategic matters to ensure timely and effective decision-making
• Advise on scope of activities including strategic planning, contract packaging, reporting, measurement, analytics, training, communications, change management, organization transformation, and special initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with program objectives and successful execution of the high-speed rail program

This role contributes to the successful execution of high-speed rail infrastructure, which can reduce carbon emissions from transportation, improve mobility, and create sustainable transportation solutions.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Experience with strategic planning and implementation
• Ability to resolve complex issues and deliver integrated solutions
• Experience supporting development and implementation across planning, procurement, design, integration, construction, contract administration, and budget management
• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills
