• Keep programs, events, and pilots organized and on track to ensure timely execution.
• Identify and scope growth opportunities, helping the team prioritize effectively.
• Own budget and financial tracking across projects, reporting to the board.
• Build systems and processes to enable a small team to scale efficiently.

This role directly accelerates the adoption of home electrification in the DMV area, reducing carbon emissions and advancing climate action by enabling a small, ambitious team to scale its impact.

• Three or more years in program or project management, ideally in a small or scaling organization.
• Exceptional organization, follow-through, and comfort with budgets and numbers.
• Clear communicator who can coordinate multiple threads and stakeholders.
• Resourceful and energized by ambiguity; comfortable building processes from scratch.

Early senior hire with significant ownership and growth potential; remote work with up to monthly in-person meetings in DC/DMV; opportunity to shape organizational systems and culture.
