Strategic Finance Senior Associate

• Build and maintain three-statement models, scenario analyses, and KPI dashboards for climate tech founders.
• Support fundraising across equity, venture debt, and grants, including pitch materials and diligence.
• Run financial analysis (budgeting, benchmarking, KPI tracking) and prepare investor/board reporting.
• Oversee back-office systems (bookkeeping, AP, invoicing, payroll) for clients.

This role directly supports climate and energy-transition companies in making high-stakes decisions, helping them scale and raise capital to address humanity's biggest challenge.

• Serious analytical and modeling horsepower, typically from MBB consulting, investment banking, or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication; can present confidently in board rooms.
• Fast learner across unfamiliar domains; energized by new contexts.
• Commitment to accuracy and ownership; proactive problem-solving.
