What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Guide utilities through an outcome-driven value realization journey post-implementation
- Create shared success plans and manage change across people, process, and communications
- Build multithreaded relationships across accounts and ensure Klir becomes a trusted, adopted platform
- Lead renewal conversations, identify expansion opportunities, and proactively manage account risk

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 3–5 years in SaaS Strategic Customer Success, Enterprise CSM, Professional Services, or Implementation (mid-market or enterprise)
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and experience in change management
- Excellent at building multithreaded relationships and skilled in guiding post-implementation customer journeys
- Great communicator who is empathetic, customer-centered, mission-driven, and resourceful
