Strategic and Special Project Consultant

• Independently support senior leaders and key stakeholders on complex and sensitive people projects, managing shifting priorities and applying tailored solutions.
• Lead on complex and high-risk casework, advising on employment law risk, managing stakeholders, and minimizing legal, financial, and reputational exposure.
• Analyze case management trends to identify emerging risks, opportunities, and capability gaps, using insights to shape proactive interventions and improve employee experience.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of targeted training for managers and senior leaders, and provide coaching support for Case Consultants and Advisors.

• Senior HR or People Relations professional with deep, current knowledge of UK Employment Law, including TUPE, redundancy, discrimination, and case law developments.
• Strong consultancy skills with ability to influence at senior and executive level, and confidence to challenge thinking while proposing pragmatic, legally sound solutions.
• Experience delivering strategic people projects, operating in complex environments, and balancing reactive casework with proactive project delivery.
• Ability to act as a point of escalation and provide delegated cover for the Head of People Relations and Case Management when required.

Salary: £66,600 - £82,500pa, bonus up to 20%, Health Cover and Car Allowance.
